L’entité sioniste continue de commettre des crimes contre l’humanité et un nettoyage ethnique visant les Palestiniens dans les territoires occupés, le dernier épisode de cette nouvelle escalade meurtrière étant l’assassinat mercredi de dix Palestiniens, dont un adolescent de 16 ans, tombés en martyrs et plus de 100 autres blessés par balles lors d’un raid de l’armée sioniste à Naplouse, dans le nord de la Cisjordanie.
En plus de l’adolescent, neuf hommes âgés de 23 à 72 ans ont été tués au cours de l’incursion, a annoncé le ministère palestinien de la Santé.
Au moins 102 personnes ont été blessées par balles, dont 82 hospitalisées et six se trouvant dans un état grave, a indiqué le ministère dans un communiqué.
Sur Twitter, le ministre palestinien des Affaires civiles, Hussein al-Cheikh, a dénoncé un “massacre” et appelé la communauté internationale à “intervenir immédiatement”.
Depuis son arrivée au pouvoir, le nouveau gouvernement sioniste d’extrême-droite ne cesse d’intensifier ses pratiques agressives contre les Palestiniens, notamment en Cisjordanie occupée, théâtre d’une dangereuse escalade ayant suscité l’indignation de la communauté internationale.
En effet, l’incursion de ce mercredi est la plus meurtrière dans ce territoire occupé depuis 2005 au moins, juste devant celle du 26 janvier à Jénine, également dans le nord de la Cisjordanie, durant laquelle neuf Palestiniens sont tombés en martyrs.
L’ONU exprime son indignation face à la politique d’expansion de l’entité sioniste
En réaction à cette nouvelle escalade sioniste, le secrétaire général des Nations unies Antonio Guterres a exprimé son inquiétude et jugé que la situation dans les territoires palestiniens occupés “était la plus inflammable depuis des années” avec “des tensions au plus haut” niveau.
“Notre priorité immédiate doit être d’empêcher une escalade supplémentaire, de réduire les tensions et de rétablir le calme”, a plaidé le secrétaire général, devant le Comité de l’ONU pour l’exercice des droits inaliénables du peuple palestinien.
M. Guterres a, en outre, exigé “l’arrêt” de la colonisation sioniste “illégale” dans les territoires occupés palestiniens, tout en condamnant ce qu’il a qualifié de “terrorisme”.
“Chaque nouvelle colonie est un obstacle de plus sur la route de la paix.
Toute activité de colonisation est illégale au regard du droit international et doit cesser. En même temps, inciter à la violence est une impasse. Rien ne justifie le terrorisme (qui) doit être rejeté par tous”, a déclaré M. Guterres, en présence de l’ambassadeur palestinien à l’ONU, Riyad Mansour.
Lundi, le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU avait déjà exprimé, dans un communiqué, sa “profonde préoccupation et son indignation” face à l’annonce par l’entité sioniste, le 12 février, de son intention de poursuivre la construction et l’expansion des colonies et de “légitimer” les avant-postes.
Le Conseil de sécurité a exprimé, entre autres, sa ferme opposition à toutes les mesures unilatérales qui entravent la paix, y compris “la construction et l’expansion des colonies, la confiscation des terres palestiniennes, la légalisation des avant-postes, la démolition des maisons palestiniennes et le déplacement des civils palestiniens”.
Début février, la ville espagnole de Barcelone avait décidé de suspendre ses relations institutionnelles avec l’entité sioniste, jusqu’à ce que les autorités d’occupation mettent fin à la violation systématique des droits de l’Homme du peuple palestinien.
Dans une lettre adressée au gouvernement d’occupation, la maire de gauche de cette ville autonome, Ada Colau, avait indiqué que sa décision est en réponse à une pétition de plusieurs groupes pro-palestiniens barcelonais, lui reprochant “la violence dont souffre le peuple palestinien” et un “apartheid” qui “dure depuis plus de 70 ans”
