Le Général d’Armée Saïd Chanegriha, Chef d’Etat-major de l’Armée Nationale Populaire (ANP), en visite mardi à la 4e Région militaire (RM), a supervisé au Secteur Opérationnel Sud-Est Djanet, le déroulement d’un exercice tactique avec munitions réelles, indique dans un communiqué, le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN).
“Au deuxième jour de sa visite en 4e RM, le Général d’Armée Saïd Chanegriha, Chef d’Etat-major de l’ANP, a supervisé aujourd’hui, mardi 7 mars 2023, au Secteur Opérationnel Sud-Est Djanet, le déroulement d’un exercice tactique avec munitions réelles”, note la même source.
“Tout d’abord, le Général d’Armée a suivi, en compagnie du Général-major, Omar Tlemçani, Commandant de la 4e RM, un exposé présenté par le Commandant du Secteur Opérationnel Sud-est Djanet, portant sur l’idée générale et les étapes de l’exercice”, précise la même source.
“Cet exercice tactique avec munitions réelles vise à évaluer l’aptitude au combat des unités du Secteur Opérationnel Sud-Est Djanet, leur capacité à mener d’éventuelles actions de combat, le degré de maitrise des moyens de combat et des systèmes d’armes modernes, mais aussi à entrainer les commandements et les états-majors à la préparation de la défense et l’optimisation de leurs connaissances dans le domaine de la planification, la préparation, l’organisation et l’exécution des opérations dans les conditions réelles du champ de bataille”, ajoute-t-on.
“Au niveau du champ de tir dudit secteur opérationnel, le Général d’Armée a suivi le déroulement des différentes actions de combat exécutées par les unités terrestres et aériennes engagées. Ces actions se sont caractérisées par un professionnalisme élevé durant toutes les étapes du déroulement de l’exercice et par un haut niveau tactique et opérationnel qui confirme, une fois de plus, la rigueur dans la conduite des opérations, aussi bien sur le plan de la planification que sur le plan de l’exécution, et reflète les hautes compétences des cadres en termes de planification, de conduite et de coordination des différentes actions de combat, ainsi que le savoir-faire et la capacité des personnels à maitriser les divers systèmes d’armes et équipements en dotation”, relève le communiqué.
“A l’issue, le Général d’Armée a rencontré les personnels des unités ayant pris part à cet exercice tactique avec munitions réelles, afin de procéder à une évaluation générale de la performance des participants, avant de leur présenter ses félicitations pour les efforts consentis tout au long de la préparation et l’exécution de cet exercice qui a été couronné par des résultats très satisfaisants, traduits par la précision des tirs aux différentes armes et la parfaite coordination entre les unités et armes engagées. Le Général d’Armée a également exhorté l’ensemble des personnels à mettre à profit les résultats obtenus dans le développement des capacités opérationnelles du corps de bataille de l’ANP en général”.
“Enfin, le Général d’Armée a passé en revue les unités du Secteur Opérationnel Sud-Est Djanet et les diverses formations militaires engagées dans cet exercice”, conclut le communiqué.
