Les conducteurs de trains ont décidé d’entamer une grève générale ce mercredi 10 avril en réponse à l’appel des syndicats de la SNTF à travers le territoire national, mais aussi pour soutenir la marche populaire prévue aujourd’hui à Alger, rapporte une source médiatique.
Le trafic ferroviaire est totalement paralysé ce matin après une grande mobilisation des cheminots d’Alger contre l’installation de Bensalah à la tête de l’État. Ainsi, les trains de la Banlieue d’Alger sont complètement à l’arrêt, ce qui a grandement pénalisé les usagers qui ont l’habitude de prendre cette locomotive. La plupart sont contraints de se rabattre sur d’autres moyens de transport pour effectuer leurs déplacements au cours de cette journée marquée par une nouvelle marche populaire.
