14246 interventions ont été enregistrées durant le premier trimestre de l’année en cours par les services de conjoints au niveau national, à la suite desquelles 1575 infractions ont été constatées et 1367 procès-verbaux ont été émis.
Les équipes conjointes ont également constaté des transactions commerciales sans facturation d’une valeur de plus de 1,96 milliard de DA, selon le bilan du ministère.
Quant aux échantillons prélevés par ces équipes, la même source a révélé qu’ils s’élevaient à 65 échantillons, dont 22 non conformes, tandis que le nombre de propositions de fermeture administrative a atteint 122 propositions.
Ce bilan global est réparti entre les interventions de l’équipe conjointe commerce-impôts-douanes, l’équipe conjointe commerce-vétérinaire, l’équipe conjointe commerce-phytosanitaire, l’équipe conjointe commerce-santé, l’équipe conjointe commerce-Métrologie légale, l’équipe conjointe commerce-Pêche et Productions halieutiques et l’équipe conjointe Commerce-industrie pharmaceutique.
Quant à l’équipe conjointe commerce-impôts-douanes, le nombre d’interventions a atteint 375, ce qui s’est traduit par la constatation de 137 infractions et l’émission de 127 procès-verbaux, ainsi qu’une (1) proposition de fermeture administrative, et la valeur de la non-facturation a dépassé 1,96 milliard de DA, souligne la même source.
La brigade mixte Commerce-Services vétérinaires ont effectué 8930 interventions ayant donné lieu à la constatation de 1104 infractions et à l’établissement de 977 procès verbaux avec la proposition de fermeture administrative de 115 locaux. Ces interventions se sont soldées par la saisie de 55,86 tonnes de produits d’une valeur excédant 29 millions de DA et le prélèvement de 47 échantillons dont 22 non conformes, selon la même source.
Quant à la brigade mixte Commerce-Santé végétale, le ministère a fait état dans son communiqué de 1033 interventions ayant donné lieu à la constatation de 111 infractions, l’établissement de 47 procès verbaux et deux propositions de fermeture administrative, en sus de la saisie de 1,54 tonnes de marchandises d’une valeur dépassant 2,1 millions de DA.
La brigade mixte Commerce-Santé a, quant à elle, réalisé 1013 interventions durant lesquelles 64 infractions ont été constatées et 58 procès verbaux ont été établis, avec la saisie de 14,06 tonnes de produits d’une valeur de plus de 5,1 millions de DA, en sus du prélèvement de 12 échantillons et la proposition de fermeture administrative de deux commerces.
La brigade mixte Commerce-Métrologie légale a, pour sa part, réalisé durant le premier trimestre 2535 interventions donnant lieu à la constatation de 137 infractions et l’établissement de 137 procès verbaux en sus de la saisie de 0,06 tonnes de produits d’une valeur dépassant 120.000 DA et proposition de fermeture administrative de deux commerces.
Quant à la brigade mixte Commerce-Pêche maritime et Production halieutique, le nombre des interventions a atteint 321 ayant occasionné la constatation de 20 infractions et l’établissement de 19 procès verbaux. La même brigade a saisi 0,01 tonne d’une valeur dépassant 11.000 DA et procédé au prélèvement de 6 échantillons.
La brigade mixte Commerce-Industrie pharmaceutique a effectué au cours du premier trimestre de l’année en cours 39 interventions ayant donné lieu à la constatation de deux infractions et l’établissement de deux procès verbaux.
