La Direction générale de la Sûreté nationale (DGSN) a organisé, mardi à l’Ecole supérieure de Police “Ali Tounsi” (Alger), une conférence scientifique sur “le rôle de l’information sécuritaire pour faire face aux défis géopolitiques en Algérie”, et ce à la veille de la Journée mondiale de la liberté de la presse, célébrée le 3 mai.
A l’occasion, le Directeur de l’Ecole, Djamel Younsi a affirmé l’attachement de la police à faciliter la noble mission des journalistes et à réunir toutes les conditions pour la coopération et la coordination en vue de promouvoir l’information sécuritaire en Algérie.
Intervenant à l’occasion, le Directeur de l’Ecole nationale supérieure de journalisme et des sciences de l’information (ENSJSI), Abdesslam Benzaoui a mis en avant “le rôle de l’information sécuritaire pour faire face aux défis géopolitiques et aux enjeux relatifs au domaine de la communication en Algérie”, affirmant l’impératif de “maitriser les nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication (NTIC) et d’adapter le message médiatique aux exigences de la société algérienne et ses spécificités”.
La conférence a également été marquée par l’intervention du directeur général de la Radio algérienne, Mohamed Baghali, qui a évoqué l’importance du message médiatique dans la réalisation du service public, appelant les organes médiatiques nationaux à “accompagner les efforts des hautes autorités visant à unifier et à créer du contenu médiatique à même de promouvoir le service public”.
De son côté, le représentant de la Direction générale de la Sûreté nationale (DGSN), le commissaire divisionnaire Bachir Said, a mis en avant “les efforts des services de la Sûreté nationale dans la lutte contre la cybercriminalité”, estimant que “le renforcement de la coordination avec les différents partenaires et les organes régionaux et internationaux est le moyen de lutter contre la cybercriminalité”.
Au terme de la conférence, un hommage a été rendu au regretté Abdelali Rezagui, en reconnaissance à son parcours professionnel dans les médias et à l’université.
