Le ministre de l’Education nationale, Abdelhakim Belaabed a annoncé, samedi, que la prochaine rentrée scolaire 2023-2024 “connaitra de nombreuses améliorations et nouveautés”, notamment pour le cycle primaire, à l’instar du recrutement de 12.000 enseignants en éducation physique.
Lors d’une conférence nationale de deux jours sur les préparatifs des examens nationaux (session juin 2023), la fin de l’année scolaire 2022-2023 et les préparatifs de la prochaine rentrée scolaire 2023-2024, M. Belaabed a précisé que la prochaine rentrée connaitra de nombreuses améliorations et nouveautés”, dont l’encadrement de l’éducation physique et sportive au cycle primaire, une première pour l’Ecole algérienne, avec l’ouverture de 12.000 postes budgétaire, outre l’instauration de l’éducation routière dans ce cycle et le recrutement de 400 auxiliaires de vie scolaire pour accompagner les élèves autistes.
La prochaine rentrée scolaire, poursuit-il, sera marquée par le déroulement d’un premier baccalauréat dans la filière des arts pour les élèves du Lycée national des arts “Ali Maachi”, soulignant à ce propos la possibilité d’ouvrir “des lycées régionaux pour accueillir les élèves des régions Est, Ouest et Sud du pays dans cette filière”.
Par ailleurs, M. Belaabed a évoqué d’autres mesures telles la poursuite de généralisation de l’enseignement de l’anglais aux élèves de 4ème année primaire et du tamazight, et l’élargissement de l’utilisation des tablettes électroniques dans les écoles primaires avec la poursuite des opérations de numérisation du secteur.
A ce propos, le ministre a cité la numérisation de l’accès à tous les “arrêtés et décisions se rapportant à la vie scolaire des élèves, la numérisation du recrutement par contractualisation pour les enseignants dans toutes les matières et dans les trois cycles d’enseignement, la numérisation intégrale de la gestion du parc de logements avec la définition des conditions d’éligibilité et la numérisation d’un nouveau cahier des charges qui devrait être promulgué prochainement pour la gestion des établissements d’enseignement privés”.
M. Belaabed a, par ailleurs, fait savoir que, dans le cadre de la Campagne nationale de lutte contre la toxicomanie, son département poursuivra la mise en œuvre du programme sectoriel dans ce domaine parallèlement à la mise en œuvre du programme nationale de prévention de la violence à l’école.
La lutte contre la toxicomanie est l’affaire de tout le peuple et de toutes les institutions, dont le ministère de l’Education nationale, qui a tracé un programme spécial de sensibilisation et de conscientisation des élèves avec la participation des associations de parents d’élèves, a soutenu le ministre.
Concernant la conférence, M. Belaabed a précisé que les participants soumettront des propositions concernant l’organisation pédagogique et la carte scolaire et proposeront des solutions et des approches efficaces pour assurer une rentrée scolaire réussie.
