Le Commandant des Forces terrestres, le général-major Amar Athamnia a présidé, dimanche à l’Ecole supérieure d’infanterie Djelloul-Abidate de Cherchell, une cérémonie de sortie de 9 promotions d’officiers et de sous-officiers Algériens et d’homologues étrangers de pays frères et amis.
Les promotions sortantes de ce socle de formation, baptisées du nom du Chahid Belkacem Ghrissi, sont constituées de la 59e promotion Session perfectionnement des officiers, la 28e promotion Session application pour les officiers universitaires, la 6e promotion Session Aptitude militaire professionnelle 2e degré formateurs.
Les promotions sont également constituées d’officiers et de sous-officiers dans d’autres spécialités dont notamment les spécialités “Aptitude militaire professionnelle”, “Structures Etats-majors 1er et 2e degrés, “Aptitude militaire professionnelle 2e degré”, “Aptitude militaire professionnelle 1er et 2e degrés”.
La cérémonie de sortie des promotions de l’année 2022/2023 s’est déroulée dans une ambiance de rigueur militaire, au cours de laquelle le Commandant des forces terrestres a passé en revue les carrés de stagiaires avant que les diplômés entament l’exécution d’exhibitions militaires après une période de formation de haut niveau dans l’enseignement militaire et l’enseignement général de spécialisation leur ayant permis de rejoindre leurs unités et de rallier les rangs de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP), digne héritière de l’Armée de libération nationale (ALN).
Dans une allocution prononcée à cette occasion, le commandant de l’Ecole, le Général-major Djilali Rih a affirmé que cette Ecole séculaire “s’adapte aux nouveautés en termes de concepts et de stratégies des arts et sciences militaires dans l’objectif de former des responsables compétents, capables de s’acquitter de leurs missions avec professionnalisme et mérite”.
“Les diplômés sont parfaitement conscients des vagues de changement et de l’ampleur des risques. Ils sont également conscients de la profondeur stratégique et des constantes de la force nationale dont jouit l’Algérie pour faire face aux défis régionaux et aux menaces qui visent sa sécurité”, a souligné le Général-major Djilali Rih.
Il a par ailleurs, salué les “initiatives de l’Algérie visant à instaurer davantage de stabilité dans une région où les tensions politiques ont fortement favorisé l’émergence de l’extrémisme et du terrorisme”.
Le commandant de l’’Ecole a, en outre, mis en exergue la valeur des ressources humaines dans “l’édification des nations et la concrétisation des aspirations à la lumière des orientations et des visions stratégiques nationales de M. le Général d’Armée, Chef d’Etat-major de l’Armée nationale populaire, qui soulignent que “les capacités et la compétence d’une armée moderne ne se mesurent pas à l’importance des effectifs et des systèmes modernes dont elle dispose, mais à la grande capacité de ses potentialités humaines à assurer le fonctionnement et la gestion de ces systèmes”.
Au terme de l’allocution du commandant de l’école, la cérémonie s’est poursuivie avec la prestation de serment par les diplômés avant que le Commandant des forces terrestres procède, en compagnie des cadres de l’ANP, à la remise des diplômes et des grades aux majors de promotion.
Un défilé militaire s’en est suivi après que la promotion sortante ait remis l’emblème national à la prochaine promotion.
La sortie de la promotion a été l’occasion d’organiser des portes ouvertes où des équipements et matériels de guerre d’infanterie ont été exposés, et ce avant la fin de la cérémonie marquée par un hommage à la famille du chahid Belkacem Ghrissi, fils de la région de Larhat à l’extrême ouest de Tipasa.
Le chahid Belkacem Ghrissi est né le 14 octobre 1930 et a grandi au sein d’une famille de paysans qui a veillé à son enseignement religieux et du Saint Coran, avant qu’il ne rejoigne les Moudjahidine dans la région de Zeralda.
Par la suite, le héros martyr est revenu dans sa ville natale et a crée un centre d’hébergement des moudjahidine. Ayant découvert le centre, les forces coloniales ont procédé à son arrestation et certains de ses compagnons d’armes. Il a subi au camp de détention Bois sacré (Gouraya) les formes de torture les plus atroces et a été exécuté par arme à feu le 5 mai 1958.
