Près de 640 exposants, algériens et étrangers, prendront part à la 54ème édition de la Foire internationale d’Alger (FIA) qui ouvre ses portes mardi au Palais des expositions (Pins maritimes) et se poursuivra jusqu’au 25 juin sous le thème “Algérie: vision et nouvelles perspectives”.
Cet évènement économique de grande importance, organisé sous le haut patronage du président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aura comme invité d’honneur l’Italie.
La nouvelle édition de la FIA ouvrira ses stands à 473 entreprises algériennes et 165 étrangères représentant 30 pays à savoir: la Turquie, la Biélorussie, la Jordanie, l’Allemagne, le Cameroun, la Syrie, le Cuba, la France, le Sénégal, le Pakistan, l’Italie, l’Iran, le Ghana, la Tunisie, le Mali, la Palestine, le Vietnam, le Brésil, le Bangladesh, le Niger, la Mauritanie, la République arabe sahraouie démocratique (RASD), le Mozambique, le Kenya, l’Azerbaïdjan, la Tanzanie, la Lybie et l’Egypte.
La Chine et la Russie sont représentées par des participations individuelles.
L’Italie sera représentée dans cette édition par 13 exposants, tandis que la Jordanie viendra en tête de la participation étrangère avec 25 exposants, suivie notamment de la Turquie (22), la Syrie (20), l’Iran (12), le Pakistan (11) et la Palestine avec 10 participants.
Outre les entreprises étrangères, il y aura la participation de 473 exposants nationaux répartis sur 157 entreprises publiques et 316 entreprises privées, activant dans les domaines des industries électroniques et électriques, électroménager, agroalimentaire, services, industries chimiques, pétrochimiques et mécaniques, artisanat, bâtiment et travaux publics.
Le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) participera à cette Foire avec une quinzaine d’établissements, occupant une superficie de 3068 mètres carrés (m²).
La Foire couvre une superficie totale de 24.993 m², dont près de 2000 m² pour la participation étrangère, contre une superficie de 23730 m² lors de la précédente édition.
Important programme d’animation
La 54ème édition de la FIA, qui s’étalera sur 6 jours de 11H00 à 19H00, sera marquée par un important programme d’animation.
Il s’agit, notamment, de l’organisation du 1er forum “Algéria expo-Invest” dédié à faire connaitre les opportunités d’investissement prometteuses et les avantages offerts par la nouvelle loi sur l’investissement, ainsi que les opportunités d’exportation dans le cadre de la Zone de libre-échange continentale africaine (ZLECAf).
En outre, des conférences économiques seront présentées par l’ambassade d’Italie en Algérie, en marge du Salon, qui traiteront du partenariat algéro-italien et des opportunités de collaboration, principalement dans la filière agricole.
De son côté, l’ambassade de Grande Bretagne en Algérie présentera une conférence intitulée “Schéma préférentiel pour les pays émergents”, afin de présenter aux exportateurs algériens les privilèges réservés aux marchandises exonérées de frais de dédouanement pour accéder au marché britannique.
Des rencontres sont prévues également entre les opérateurs économiques algériens et les représentants des entreprises économiques internationales qui participent à la Foire.
En marge de cet évènement d’envergure, des activités artistiques, particulièrement des animations pour enfants, des projections cinématographiques et des rencontres d’Histoire seront également au rendez-vous.
