L’Otan est prête à se défendre contre toute menace en provenance de « Moscou ou de Minsk », les capitales biélorusse et russe, a affirmé hier soir le secrétaire général de l’Alliance atlantique, Jens Stoltenberg, après que la Biélorussie a annoncé accueillir le patron de Wagner, Evguéni Prigojine. La Constitution ukrainienne, un « combat »
Le président ukrainien, Volodymyr Zelensky, célèbre les 27 ans de la rédaction de la Constitution de son pays. Au moins dix personnes sont mortes et 61 ont été blessées dans une frappe russe mardi contre un restaurant populaire de Kramatorsk, grande ville de l’Est de l’Ukraine encore contrôlée par Kiev, ont annoncé mercredi les autorités. « Dix personnes ont été tuées et 61 blessées par l’attaque russe sur Kramatorsk », a indiqué la police ukrainienne sur Facebook.
Trois mineurs figurent parmi les morts et un enfant né en 2022 parmi les blessés, selon le Service des situations d’urgence, qui a précisé que les opérations de sauvetage se poursuivent et que sept personnes ont été sorties des décombres en vie.
