Le Général d’Armée Saïd Chanegriha, Chef d’Etat-major de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP), a présidé, dimanche, au niveau de l’Ecole supérieure de Guerre, la cérémonie de sortie de la 16e promotion du cours d’études supérieures de Guerre, baptisée du nom du chahid “Hamdaoui Hamidou”, indique le ministère de la Défense nationale dans un communiqué.
A son arrivée, le Général d’Armée a été accueilli par le Général-major Ali Sidane, commandant de la 1ère Région militaire, et le Général-major Hamid Fekane, directeur de l’Ecole.
Après la cérémonie d’accueil, le Général d’Armée a tenu une rencontre avec les cadres et les officiers stagiaires où il a suivi un exposé sur la promotion sortante, avant de prononcer une allocution d’orientation dans laquelle il a, de prime abord, exprimé “ses félicitations les plus sincères aux personnels militaires et à tout le peuple algérien à l’occasion de la célébration de l’Aïd El-Adha et de la fête de l’indépendance nationale”.
Par la suite, il a mis en exergue l’attention accordée par le Haut Commandement de l’ANP au domaine de la formation, dans tous ses paliers et spécialités, en citant particulièrement l’Ecole supérieure de Guerre.
“En cette occasion, je tiens à vous adresser ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du peuple algérien, mes félicitations les plus sincères à l’occasion de l’Aïd El-Adha El-Moubarak”, a-t-il dit.
“De même, il me plait à la veille de la célébration du 61e anniversaire de la fête de l’indépendance et du recouvrement de la souveraineté nationale de notre pays, de vous exprimer ainsi qu’à l’ensemble des personnels de l’ANP mes vœux les meilleurs, en priant Dieu Le Très Haut, de perpétuer les bienfaits de la sécurité, de la stabilité et du progrès sur notre pays et de conférer à notre ANP, sous la conduite de Monsieur le Président de la République, Chef suprême des Forces armées, ministre de la Défense nationale, les moyens de renforcement de sa puissance et de sa disponibilité opérationnelle, à même de lui permettre d’accomplir pleinement ses missions constitutionnelles, notamment la défense de la sécurité du pays et des citoyens”, a-t-il ajouté.
“Nous sommes convaincus que cette disponibilité repose essentiellement et, avant tout, sur le facteur humain, imprégné des valeurs nationales et républicaines, hautement qualifié, de par les enseignements scientifiques et militaires reçus, et conscient de l’enjeu que représente la qualité du travail, pour faire face aux défis qui s’imposent, avec l’efficacité et le professionnalisme nécessaires”, a encore souligné le Général d’Armée.
“Cette conviction est tant et si bien ancrée en nous que nous avons toujours veillé à accorder au domaine de la formation, dans tous ses paliers et spécialités, notamment au niveau de l’Ecole supérieure de Guerre, tout l’intérêt et les moyens nécessaires, en prenant en ligne de compte la nature des missions d’enseignement et de formation imparties, mais également notre approche en la matière, visant à conférer à cet établissement scientifique supérieur sa dimension méritée, qui correspond à l’image de l’ANP et à la place privilégiée qui revient à l’Algérie, tant sur le plan régional et international”, a-t-il mentionné.
Le Général d’Armée a relevé que “l’enjeu de la qualité, avec tout ce que renferme ce concept de sens, est devenu un impératif pour suivre les évolutions rapides des sciences militaires et des études stratégiques”.
“L’Ecole supérieure de Guerre est un pôle de formation et d’enseignement de haut niveau, qui permet à nos Forces armées de se doter d’élites militaires hautement qualifiées, à même de répondre aux ambitions de notre armée et d’assumer les nobles missions assignées, d’autant que nous assistons aujourd’hui à un monde qui vit des mutations accélérées, des défis aussi nouveaux que complexes, et des menaces hybrides qui mettent en péril la sécurité et la stabilité politique des Etats, la cohésion sociale et le développement tout azimut”, a-t-il affirmé.
Il a indiqué que “parmi les objectifs majeurs tracés pour notre appareil de formation militaire figure l’enjeu de la qualité, avec tout ce que ce concept renferme de sens. En effet, celle-ci devient une exigence pour la professionnalisation et un impératif pour se mettre en phase avec les évolutions rapides des sciences militaires et des études stratégiques et garantir la préparation de nos élites militaires”.
Pour sa part, le directeur de l’Ecole supérieure de Guerre, le Général-major Hamid Fekane, a rappelé “l’intérêt extrême qu’accorde le Haut Commandement de l’Armée nationale populaire au système de formation de manière générale, et à l’Ecole supérieure de guerre plus particulièrement”.
Par la suite, une présentation audiovisuelle a été projetée, portant sur le bilan des activités de l’Ecole au titre de l’année scolaire 2022-2023, suivie par l’annonce des résultats, la remise des diplômes et le baptême de la promotion du nom du Chahid “Hamdaoui Hamidou”. Une allocution a également été prononcée avant la fin de la cérémonie par le représentant de la promotion sortante, note le communiqué.
Le Général d’Armée s’est rendu, ensuite, à la division des enseignements, où il a suivi des exposés sur des mémoires d’études, présentés par des élèves officiers issus des différentes forces.
A l’issue, le Général d’Armée a honoré les membres de la famille du Chahid dont la promotion sortante a été baptisée de son nom, avant de signer le livre d’or de l’Ecole, conclut la même source.
