Le Premier ministre, M. Aïmene Benabderrahmane, a présidé, jeudi, une réunion du Gouvernement au cours de laquelle les secteurs des Finances, de l’Agriculture et des Télécommunications ont été examinés, indique un communiqué des services du Premier ministre, dont voici le texte intégral:
“Le Premier ministre, Monsieur Aïmene Benabderrahmane, a présidé, ce jeudi13 juillet 2023, une réunion du Gouvernement tenue au Palais du Gouvernement.
Lors de sa réunion hebdomadaire, le Gouvernement a examiné les points suivants:
Dans le domaine des finances:
Le Gouvernement a examiné un avant-projet de la loi de finances rectificative pour l’année 2023, présenté par le ministre des finances.
Ce projet de texte intervient pour introduire des actions et dispositions rectificatives en vue de prendre en charge des dépenses courantes supplémentaires liées notamment à certaines mesures prises par les pouvoirs publics visant la préservation et le soutien du pouvoir d’achat des ménages, le renforcement de la sécurité alimentaire et la consolidation du programme d’investissement public au profit de certaines wilayas pour assurer une croissance inclusive et durable.
Dans le domaine des télécommunications :
Le Gouvernement a entendu une communication du ministre de la Poste et des Télécommunications sur l’état d’exécution du plan d’action relatif à l’amélioration de la connexion internet.
L’exposé a mis en évidence les efforts déployés par l’Etat en matière de développement d’Internet en Algérie.
A ce titre, il a été relevé que la capacité de la bande passante internationale est passée de 1,5 téraoctet par seconde en 2020 à 7,8 téraoctets par seconde à la fin de l’année 2022, permettant la multiplication de cinq (5) fois du débit minimum de connexion, qui est passé de 2 à 10 mégabits par seconde et ce, sans incidence sur les tarifs.
S’agissant de l’accès au réseau des télécommunications, le secteur a enregistré en début 2023 plus de 5,12 millions d’abonnés à Internet fixe, dont plus 776.000 abonnés à la technologie FTTH (Fibre jusqu’à l’abonné) à travers les 58 wilayas, contre 3,5 millions en début 2020, ce qui place l’Algérie au 2ème rang africain et au 3ème rang arabe en matière de nombre d’abonnés à Internet fixe.
Concernant l’Internet mobile, le nombre d’abonnés est passé de 37 millions en 2020 à 45 millions à fin 2022, dont une couverture 4G de 82% de la population.
Enfin, dans le domaine de l’agriculture:
Le ministre de l’Agriculture et du Développement rural a présenté une communication sur l’état d’exécution du programme de renforcement des capacités de stockage des céréales et ce, dans le cadre du suivi périodique par le Gouvernement de ce dossier.
Cet examen permet d’offrir une évaluation continue ainsi qu’une visibilité sur l’état d’avancement de la réalisation de ce projet stratégique décidé par Monsieur le Président de la République”.
