ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : La Cour suprême rouvre le dossier de l’autoroute Est-Ouest
La Cour suprême a décidé ce mercredi 19 juin de revoir le dossier judiciaire de l’autoroute Est-Ouest, selon des sources locaux. L’affaire sera donc rouverte officiellement.
L’enquête concernant cette affaire a débuté en 2008. Sept ans plus tard, autrement dit en 2015, le dossier a été transféré à la justice. Cette dernière a tranché en prononçant des peines de 7 à 10 ans à l’égard des principaux suspects.
A la mi-avril, Ahmed Gaïd Salah, vice-ministre de la Défense national, chef d’Etat major, avait pressé la justice de rouvrir les dossiers des biens de collectivité et à accélérer la cadence lors d’un discours prononcé depuis Ouargla, dans le sud est.
Depuis, plusieurs grands patrons ont été placés en détention provisoire. Ils sont soupçonnés d’avoir obtenu d’indus avantages.
