La journée du vendredi 10 Moharram 1445 de l’Hégire correspondant au 28 juillet 2023, sera chômée et payée à l’occasion de la fête d’Achoura, indique mercredi un communiqué de la Direction générale de la Fonction publique et de la Réforme administrative.
“A l’occasion de la Journée d’Achoura et conformément à la loi 63-278 du 26 juillet 1963 modifiée et complétée fixant la liste des fêtes légales, la journée du vendredi 10 Mouharam 1445 de l’Hégire, correspondant au 28 juillet 2023, est chômée et payée pour l’ensemble des personnels des institutions et administrations publiques, des établissements et offices publics et privés, ainsi qu’aux personnels des entreprises publiques et privées, tous secteurs et statuts juridiques confondus, y compris les personnels payés à l’heure ou à la journée”, précise le communiqué.
Toutefois, “les institutions, administrations, établissements, offices et entreprises précités, sont tenus de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la continuité des services organisés en mode de travail posté”, souligne la même source.
