Un terroriste ayant rallié les groupes terroristes dans la région du Sahel en 2011, s’est rendu samedi aux autorités militaires de Bordj Badji Mokhtar, indique dimanche le ministère de la Défense nationale dans un communiqué.
“Dans le cadre de la lutte antiterroriste et grâce aux efforts des services de sécurité de l’Armée nationale populaire, un (01) terroriste s’est rendu, hier 29 juillet 2023, aux autorités militaires du Secteur Opérationnel de Bordj Badji Mokhtar en 6e Région militaire. Il s’agit du dénommé +Ouerti Nadjem Bentaher+ qui avait rallié les groupes terroristes dans la région du Sahel en 2011”, précise la même source.
“Ledit terroriste était en possession d’un (01) pistolet mitrailleur de type Kalachnikov, deux (02) chargeurs et une quantité de munitions”, ajoute le communiqué.
