ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Arrestation d’étudiants à la fac de Saïd Hamdine : Un acte grave et condamnable
Plusieurs véhicules de la BRI ont fait irruption dans l’enceinte de la faculté de droit Benyoucef Benkhedda à Said Hamdine. Les agents de la BRI ont procédé à l’arrestation de quelques étudiants selon des sources médiatiques.
« Malgré les assurances du chef d’état-major, la dérive répressive des forces de l’ordre continue », dira un jeune de la faculté de droit. « La décision de protéger le peuple, avec ses différentes composantes, est une décision irréversible et dont nous ne dévierons point. Partant de la solidité des liens de confiance liant le peuple à son Armée, nous avons donné des instructions claires et sans équivoques pour la protection des citoyens, notamment lors des marches », avait dit le général de corps d’armée Ahmed Gaïd Salah.
Est-ce que c’est une réponse aux mises en gardes de chef d’état-major Gaid Salah de protéger les manifestants ou juste un excès de zèle de quelques éléments du BRI?
Une opération qui confirme la poursuite de la dérive répressive des forces de l’ordre. Des vidéos de l’intervention de ces unités spéciales de la police ont été partagées sur les réseaux sociaux.
Le recours aux unités d’élite pour réprimer des manifestants pacifiques est hautement préjudiciable pour l’image de la police. Vendredi passé, les autorités avaient fait appel au GOSP, une unité formée en principe pour la lutte antiterroriste et la libération d’otage. Ce mercredi, c’est la BRI qui est appelée pour embarquer des étudiants. Ces unités n’auraient jamais dû être utilisées contre le peuple qu’elles sont censées rassurer et dont elles font la fierté et surtout dans l’enceinte d’une université. Est-ce qu’ils ont le droit d’y être à l’intérieur ? Qui leurs a donné l’ordre ? Qui les a autorisés ?

–Le porte parole de l’UDS, Karim Tabou, a réagi à cette arrestation dénonçant « un acte grave et condamnable ». « La violation des franchises universitaires puis l’arrestation arbitraire des étudiants à l’intérieur même de l’enceinte universitaire à Said Hamdine est un acte grave et condamnable. », a, ainsi, écrit Karim Tabbou sur sa page officielle sur Facebook.
Tabbou affirme que le caractère pacifique du mouvement populaire « dévoile au quotidien la brutalité et la nature violente du système politique qui continu de tenir en otage le pays »
–Le FFS dénonce l’opération de la BRI dans l’enceinte de l’université d’Alger. « Nous dénonçons cette opération musclée qui vise à intimider et à traumatiser des étudiants. Les étudiants constituent le centre névralgique de la formidable mobilisation citoyenne qui fait trembler le pouvoir despotique algérien. La jeunesse algérienne en général et les étudiants en particulier ont subjugué le monde entier grâce à leur pacifisme et à leur sens élevé de maturité politique et d’innovation
–La LADDH dénonce l’opération coup de poing menée par les éléments de la police BRI à la faculté de droit d’Alger pour arrêter des étudiants en violation des libertés et franchises universitaires. L’amphithéâtre où se sont déroulées les interpellations et la confiscation de la feuille de présence et de téléphones abritait une rencontre débat entre enseignants et étudiants pour apporter leurs contributions au Hirak »
–CNES:Le syndicat des enseignants universitaires (CNES) dénonce « avec force ce qui s’est produit aujourd’hui à la faculté de droit d’Alger et dans d’autres universités qui ont connu une violation des franchises universitaires de la part de forces de sécurité connues ou inconnues ». Le CNES appelle la justice à ouvrir une enquête.
