“Le Premier ministre, M. Sifi Ghrieb, a présidé, ce mercredi 1er octobre 2025, une réunion du Gouvernement consacrée aux points ci-après :
Le Gouvernement a poursuivi l’examen de l’avant-projet de loi des finances pour 2026, en prévision de sa présentation en Conseil des ministres pour adoption.
Le Gouvernement a également examiné un avant-projet de loi fixant les règles générales relatives aux services de confiance pour les transactions électroniques et à l’identification électronique.
Ce projet de texte vise à mettre en place un cadre national unifié et modernisé de certification et de signature électronique, lequel permettra d’instaurer un environnement numérique de confiance favorisant ainsi le développement et l’utilisation sécurisée des services numériques.
Par ailleurs, le Gouvernement a entendu une communication sur les résultats de la 4ème édition de la foire commerciale intra-africaine IATF et les mécanismes de suivi.
A cette occasion, il a été mis en exergue les efforts consentis par l’Etat pour la réussite de cette édition, considérée comme un succès total pour tout le continent Africain, eu égard notamment au nombre de contrats signés, ayant surpassé toutes les attentes, et le nombre record de visiteurs en présentiel et à distance.
Aussi, le Gouvernement a examiné une série de mesures qui doivent être mises en place afin d’assurer la poursuite de cette dynamique dans l’objectif de contribuer à l’intégration économique et commerciale continentales.
Enfin, le Gouvernement a entendu une communication sur la feuille de route pour le développement des micro-entreprises à travers les dispositifs d’aide de l’Agence nationale d’appui et de développement de l’entrepreneuriat (ANADE) et l’Agence nationale de gestion du micro-crédit (ANGEM).
Cette feuille de route vise à renforcer l’inclusion financière et à développer des emplois durables en facilitant l’intégration des micro-entreprises dans les chaines de valeurs et en leur proposant des financements adaptés.
