ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Un décret en élaboration pour clarifier l’aspect administratif du dossier des martyrs du 8 mai 1945
Le ministre des Moudjahidine, Tayeb Zitouni, a indiqué mercredi à Alger que ses services s’attelaient à “l’élaboration d’un décret clarifiant l’aspect administratif du dossier des martyrs du 8 mai 1945” pour la régularisation de la situation des ayants droits.
“Pour l’Etat algérien, ces victimes dont le nombre dépasse les 45.000, sont des chouhada de la patrie et c’est ainsi que des commémorations officielles sont organisées à travers tout le territoire national”, a affirmé le ministre dans une déclaration à la presse, en marge d’une conférence historique commémorant le 74 anniversaire des massacres du 8 mai 1945.
Zitouni a fait état, à ce propos, d’un travail mené par ses service, en coordination avec les commissions de wilayas et les associations activant en la matière pour “l’élaboration d’un décret clarifiant l’aspect administratif relatif au dossier des martyrs du 8 mai 1945” et la régularisation de la situation des ayants droits.
Par ailleurs, le ministre avait indiqué dans son allocution d’ouverture de cette conférence que le 8 mai 1945 avait été un tournant qualitatif dans la prise de conscience du Mouvement national, en général et de ses dirigeants, de l’impératif de trancher le débat sur les alternatives possibles à la décolonisation en faveur de la lutte armée en tant que seule et unique solution à la libération.
