ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : L’Organisation des Moudjahidine appelle à une période de transition
L’Organisation nationale des moudjahidine (ONM) a appelé, ce dimanche 26 mai, à la tenue d’une conférence nationale pour l’élaboration d’une feuille de route, à même de répondre aux revendications populaires dans les plus brefs délais et permettre aux institutions du pays de poursuivre normalement leur processus dans le cadre d’une vision nationale complémentaire.
Cette conférence constitue « le cadre adéquat pour débattre et approuver les étapes à entreprendre dans le cadre d’une vision nationale globale qui servirait de feuille de route à même de répondre, dans les plus brefs délais, aux revendications du peuple et de permettre aux institutions de l’État de poursuivre normalement leur fonctionnement », selon l’Organisation.
Période de transition
Dans un communiqué diffusé via l’agence officielle, l’ONM propose « le cautionnement ou l’élection d’une personnalité nationale ou d’une instance regroupant plusieurs personnalités qui supervisent la direction de l’étape de transition pour une durée maximale d’une année ».
Outre la poursuite de la révision de la loi relative au régime électoral, cette personnalité ou instance supervisera la gestion de la période de transition, et ce à travers la formation d’une commission indépendante chargée de la supervision de toutes les étapes de l’élection.
L’organisation propose, dans ce cadre, la constitution d’un Gouvernement technocrate par les dirigeants de la période de transition « lequel ne sera pas en droit d’avoir un lien direct avec le processus électoral », mais se chargera plutôt de la mise en place des différents moyens pour l’organisation de ces échéances.
L’ONM a mis en avant le rôle de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP) dans cette conjoncture que traverse le pays, qui « au-delà de ses engagements d’assumer sa responsabilité dans la préservation de la pérennité de l’État (…), a prouvé son souci d’assurer et d’accompagner le mouvement populaire ».
