Ahmed Benbitour a appelé, mercredi, à rompre avec le slogan “ils partent tous” et engager des négociations pour le départ du système. Il faut capitaliser les acquis la “révolution de la citoyenneté” du 22 février.
Pour lui, il est insensé de réclamer le changement sans que l’on discute des modalités de changement du système politique du pays.
Benbitour, qui s’exprimait sur les ondes de la radio nationale, suggère une période de transition ou d’avant l’organisation d’une élection présidentielle crédible et transparente de 8 à 12 mois.
Pour l’ancien chef du gouvernement il faut du temps pour préparer cette élection dont l’installation d’une commission de sa surveillance et de son organisation. Et mettre en place un gouvernement de transition.
Sur le volet économique, Benbitour a averti qu’en 2021, l’Algérie ne disposera plus de réserves de changes pour le financement des importations
