Ces pratiques doivent cesser. On ne doit plus mettre en prison une personne pour avoir exprimé une opinion politique », a-t-il affirmé.
Abdallah Benaoum purgeait une peine de deux ans au pénitencier de Sidi Bel Abbès. Il a été condamné à deux ans d’emprisonnent pour outrage au président Bouteflika. Il a observé une grève de la faim. Il y a quelques jours, son avocat avait alerté l’opinion nationale sur la dégradation de son état de santé.
