Ahmed Ouyahia vient d’arriver au Tribunal de Sidi M’hamed d’Alger pour comparaître devant le juge d’instruction, rapporte l’ENTV, sans donner d’autres détails.
Le 16 mai, l’ex-Premier ministre avait été auditionné par le procureur général du même Tribunal dans le cadre de l’enquête sur l’homme d’affaires Ali Haddad, qui est incarcéré à la prison d’El Harrach depuis début avril.
Le 26 mai, le Parquet général de la Cour suprême annonce avoir « reçu, ce dimanche 26 mai, du procureur général de la Cour d’Alger, le dossier des procédures relatives aux poursuites contre un groupe d’anciens membres du gouvernement, poursuivis « pour des faits punis par la loi relatives à la conclusion de marchés publics et de contrats contraires à la réglementation et les lois en vigueur ». Parmi les personnes poursuivies figure Ahmed Ouyahia.
