ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : L’ambassadrice du Canada s’exprime sur la transition démocratique en Algérie !
Lors d’une cérémonie organisée jeudi soir dans l’enceinte de l’ambassade du Canada à Alger, à l’occasion de la fête nationale de son pays, l’ambassadrice du Canada, Madame Patricia McCullagh, s’est exprimé sur la situation en Algérie et la question de la transition démocratique.
« Je suis privilégiée d’être ici en Algérie pour vivre avec vous ces moments historiques du mouvement social qui s’est installé depuis le 22 février et qui impressionne le monde entier par son pacifisme alors que des millions de personnes défilent chaque semaine dans les rues du pays » a-t-elle déclaré.
“Je tiens à réaffirmer le soutien du Canada à une transition démocratique pacifique en Algérie qui répondra aux aspirations du peuple algérien”, a ajouté Madame Patricia McCullagh.
Cette assertion risque de déplaire à Gaid Salah et Bensalah qui rejettent l’idée d’une transition.
