MONDE/ POLITIQUE : Soudan : Nouvel appel à la désobéissance civile pour que les militaires rendent le pouvoir aux civils
L‘Alliance la Liberté et du Changement (ALC) au Soudan a lancé, lundi soir, un appel à la désobéissance civile pour le 14 juillet afin d’exiger que les généraux ayant renversé Omar El-Béchir le 11 avril dernier rendent le pouvoir aux civils.
Le principal organe de la contestation au Soudan a , en effet, appelé à la désobéissance civile le 14 juillet dans tout le pays, au lendemain de manifestations de masse pour faire pression sur le Conseil militaire de transition (CMT) au pouvoir.
“Le dimanche 14 juillet, désobéissance civile et grève politique totale dans tous les secteurs professionnels (…) dans la capitale et dans toutes les provinces”, a annoncé dans un communiqué l’Alliance pour la liberté et le changement (ALC), fer de lance de la contestation.
A l’appel du mouvement, des dizaines de milliers de personnes ont manifesté dimanche à travers le pays pour que le CMT, qui a pris les rênes du pays après la destitution en avril du président Omar el-Béchir, remette le pouvoir aux civils.
Une autre manifestation sera organisée le 13 juillet , pour commémorer la dispersion d’un sit-in de manifestants installés devant le QG de l’armée à Khartoum quarante jours plus tôt, le 3 juin, qui a fait des dizaines de morts.
Des manifestations nocturnes et autres rassemblements sont également prévus pour mobiliser la population, selon le communiqué.
Dimanche dernier, dix personnes ont été tuées et plus de 180 blessées en marge des manifestations, selon des bilans de la police et du ministère de la Santé cités par l’agence officielle Suna.
