ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Le fils d’Abdelmalek Sellal placé sous mandat de dépôt
Le juge d’instruction près le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed à Alger a ordonné, aujourd’hui mercredi, 03 juillet 2019, le placement du fils de l’ancien premier ministre, Abdelmalek Sellal en détention provisoire.
Pour rappel, Ahmed Ouyahia et Abdelmalek Sellal, placés en juin dernier en détention provisoire, par le juge d’instruction près la Cour suprême, sont poursuivis pour plusieurs chefs d’accusation liés essentiellement à l’octroi d’indus avantages au titre de l’octroi de marchés publics et de contrats, dilapidation de deniers publics, d’abus de pouvoir et de fonction et de conflit d’intérêts
Dans la même affaire, Ahmed Mazouz, PDG du Groupe hyponyme, a été lui aussi placé sous mandat dépôt par le juge d’instruction près le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed. Il est poursuivi, sur des soupçons de corruption et d’avoir bénéficié d’indus avantages dans le cadre d’activités liées au montage automobile.
