Le procès de Kamel Chikhi plus connu sous le sobriquet d’ »El Bouchi s’est déroulé aujourd’hui au tribunal de Sidi Mhamed à Alger.
Kamel Chikhi a été condamné à dix ans de prison ferme assortis d’un millions de dinars d’amende dans l’affaire des conservateurs fonciers comme l’avait requis le procureur de la République près le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed.
Ce dernier est poursuivi pour « « incitation à l’abus de pouvoir et octroi de pots-de-vin à des fonctionnaires des services d’urbanisme d’Alger en contrepartie d’indus services ».
« Les enquêtes préliminaires instruites dans l’affaire de saisie de cocaïne avaient révélé l’implication, aux côtés de Kamel Chikhi, de plusieurs personnes dans des faits liés à la corruption et à la perception d’avantages en contrepartie de facilitations dans le cadre d’une autre activité telle que la promotion immobilière. » a rapporté l’APS aujourd’hui.
Des peines entre quatre et huit ans de prison à l’encontre des autres accusés dans cette affaire.
