ALGÉRIE/SPORT: CAN 2019 : six avions militaires affrétés pour transporter les supporters au Caire
Six avions de transport militaire sont mis, à l’initiative du Haut Commandement de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP), à la disposition des supporters algériens désirant se rendre au Caire (Egypte) pour soutenir l’équipe nationale de football, qualifiée aux demi-finales de la coupe d’Afrique des nations (CAN), indique samedi le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) dans un communiqué.
“Suite à la qualification méritée de l’équipe nationale de football aux demi-finales de la coupe d’Afrique des nations, le Haut Commandement de l’Armée nationale populaire a pris la décision, en coordination avec le Premier ministre, de mettre à disposition six (6) avions de transport militaire, au profit de 600 supporters algériens pour soutenir et encourager les joueurs de l’équipe nationale et les motiver pour remporter ce trophée continental important”, précise la même source.
“L’Armée nationale populaire, partant des liens solides et éternels qui l’attachent au peuple et afin de satisfaire le souhait d’une grande partie des jeunes pour assister à ce match historique, a tenu à être au rendez-vous, comme à son accoutumée, aux côtés de ses compatriotes, pour être à la hauteur du parcours exceptionnel de l’équipe nationale de football depuis le début de cet événement continental majeur”, ajoute le communiqué du MDN.
