La pose de la première pierre de l’usine Peugeot à à Tafraoui (wilaya d’Oran) est fixée pour dimanche prochain, rapporte mercredi Le Quotidien d’Oran dans citant le groupe automobile français, PSA. La cérémonie sera présidée par le vice-président exécutif du groupe de la zone Moyen-Orient et Afrique, Jean-Christophe Quémard.
Cette inauguration du chantier du constructeur français de l’automobile sera mise à profit pour la signature des conventions avec les fournisseurs qui accompagneront le groupe PSA, dans ce projet.
Le projet de réalisation des ateliers de Peugeot a été confié au groupe algérien SFMAI spécialisé dans les charpentes métalliques basé à l’Ouest du pays. L’usine du constructeur français devrait entrer en production de quelque 75.000 véhicules par an durant le premier semestre 2020.
