ALGÉRIE/SOCIÉTÉ : Saisie de plus de 4,6 quintaux de drogues lors des dernières 24 heures (MDN)
Une quantité de plus de 4,6 quintaux de drogue a été saisie ces dernières 24 heures par les unités de l’Armée nationale populaire, a indiqué lundi le ministère de la Défense nationale dans un communiqué.
« Dans le cadre de la lutte contre la criminalité organisée, des Garde-côtes ont saisi, le 21 juillet 2019, une importante quantité de kif traité s’élevant à (201,4) kilogrammes, et ce, lors d’opérations distinctes menées au large de la mer à Oran, Tlemcen et Aïn Témouchent (2e RM). Ainsi, le bilan des drogues saisies ces dernières vingt-quatre (24) heures par les unités de l’ANP, s’élève à quatre (04) quintaux et (63,2) kilogrammes », a précisé la même source.
Quatre (04) narcotrafiquants ont été également arrêtés, dans le même contexte, par des éléments de la Gendarmerie nationale à Oran (2eRM) et à Bechar (3eRM), a ajouté le MDN, précisant que les narcotrafiquants étaient en possession de (662) grammes de kif traité et (100) comprimés psychotropes.
Par ailleurs, un détachement de l’ANP a appréhendé, à In Amenas (4e RM), quatorze (14) orpailleurs et saisi deux (02) groupes électrogènes et deux (02) marteaux piqueurs, tandis que (48) immigrants clandestins de différentes nationalités ont été interceptés à Tlemcen (2eRM) et à Tébessa (5eRM).
