ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Détérioration de l’état de santé du général Toufik: Son fils dénonce
Incarcéré à la prison militaire de Blida depuis trois mois, avec Said Bouteflika et Athmane Tartag, l’état de santé de l’ancien patron du DRS, se serait détérioré en prison, dénonce son fils dans une lettre destinée à l’opinion publique et rapportée par le quotidien francophone El Watan.
« Dix jours après son incarcération, notre père a été victime d’une chute accidentelle à l’intérieur de sa cellule. Cette chute a entraîné une fracture complexe au niveau du membre supérieur droit. Il est à noter que cet accident est survenu chez un patient âgé de 78 ans aux antécédents dus à une maladie rhumatismale chronique (…) Malheureusement depuis sa chute, notre père présente une altération sévère de son état général, une perte totale de la fonctionnalité de son bras avec une aggravation sévère de sa maladie rhumatismale, entraînant une incapacité presque totale de mobilité » a dénoncé Sid Ali Mediène dans sa lettre.
« Pour contester les conditions de sa prise en charge médicale. » Son fils Sid Ali Mediène alerte que son père « a refusé de prendre ses médicaments (…) La plaie de l’intervention n’est toujours pas guérie (…) Son état est inquiétant (…) Il risque de ne pas sortir vivant de sa cellule…» , « nous voulons juste que ses droits de détenu soient respectés.»
Le fils de l’ancien patron du défunt DRS a ajouté, «qu’en raison de toutes ces complications médicales sévères, dues à cette incarcération et à son âge avancé, en plus de toutes les garanties présentées pour sa disposition à répondre à toutes les convocations concernant l’instruction, toutes les demandes de mise en liberté provisoire en vue de lui permettre une prise en charge médicale convenable ont été rejetées par la juridiction militaire.»
