– En plus des slogans mordants et des chants imagés, les manifestants avaient un message particulier à transmettre. « Le mouvement ne va pas s’essouffler», ont-ils tenu à signaler. Ils l’ont dit verbalement et l’ont démontré sur le terrain.
-A Alger, les manifestants étaient plus nombreux, plus bruyants et plus visibles que jamais. Comme pour les vendredis passés, les manifestants ne cessaient de scander : «Manach habsine, koul djemaa khardjine !» (On ne s’arrêtera pas, chaque vendredi on sortira).
-Les manifestants critiquent Ahmed Gaïd Salah, le chef de l’Etat-major de l’armée et désavouant Karim Younes, l’homme du panel du dialogue national.
Les manifestants ont unanimement rejeté l’instance de dialogue et médiation de Karim Younès. «Karim Younès ne nous représente pas» clament notamment les manifestants, réclamant également. Ainsi, l’offre de dialogue, dans sa formule actuelle, ne fait toujours pas recette auprès des manifestants. «On ne se fera pas avoir avec le dialogue. Le peuple est conscient et pas idiot», scandent-ils encore à ce propos
– Que ce soit par les slogans ou les écriteaux, ceux-là ont, une nouvelle fois, mais d’une manière plus marquée, critiqué l’instance de dialogue que dirige Karim Younès. «Karim Younès ma imathelnach ou Gaïd Salah mayehkamnach !» (Karim Younès ne nous représente pas et Gaïd Salah ne nous gouverne pas), ont-ils crié plus d’une fois. Ils ont également repris le slogan «Makanch intikhabat ya issabat !» (Pas d’élections, bande) ou «Makanch hiwar maa issabat !» (Pas de dialogue avec les bandes).
-Beaucoup de citoyens ont également exprimé leur rejet de ce panel via des écriteaux qu’ils ont brandis tout haut. «Tous ceux qui participent à la commission de la honte veulent rejoindre le système pourri», «Panel de la bande : le peuple vous rejette», lit-on sur deux pancartes. Dans le même ordre, les manifestants ont, plus d’une fois, évoqué l’article 7 de la Constitution qui stipule que «le peuple est source de tout pouvoir». «Où est l’article 7 ?» ont-ils scandé à cet effet. Par ailleurs, plusieurs jeunes ont porté des tee-shirts sur lesquels était portée l’inscription «7 pouvoir au peuple».
-Comme d’habitude, les policiers et leurs fourgons étaient fortement présents à la rue Didouche Mourad.
-Des automobilistes avaient été autorisés à parcourir la rue alors que la manifestation avait lieu. Les marcheurs n’ont pas mâché leurs mots devant les conducteurs. « Vous roulez dans cette rue alors que vous savez que c’est la journée des manifestations !», crie un homme à la face d’un automobiliste.
De leur côté, les policiers tentent de convaincre les marcheurs de s’écarter, ce qui ne manque pas de les énerver. « Ils nous prennent pour des imbéciles, ces flics. Ils ont autorisé le passage des voitures pour nous mettre la pression », grogne un jeune qui venait de se mettre à l’écart.
-les marcheurs semblent plus nombreux que la semaine dernière. L’incertitude ne dure pas longtemps. L’on s’aperçoit, au bout de quelques instants, que la rue Didouche Mourad est noire de monde, presque aucun vide au milieu du flot des manifestants.
-Les slogans répétés sont nombreux. Beaucoup sont connus mais quelques-uns sont récents. Des slogans hostiles à Ali Benflis, ancien chef du gouvernement et anciens rival de Bouteflika aux présidentielles de 2004 et de 2014, mais aussi à Abdelmadjid Tebboune, ancien ministre et, très brièvement, Premier ministre. Deux personnalités suggérées par certains comme potentiels présidents de la République. Mais visiblement, aucun de ceux qui ont gravité autour du système n’est toléré.
– le gros des slogans était adressé au chef de l’Etat-major de l’armée et au coordinateur du panel du dialogue national.
-Les manifestants ont aussi copieusement insulté les chaînes de télévision Echourouk et Ennahar pour avoir boycotté les manifestations. Ils ont toutefois encensé la chaîne El Magharibya, visiblement seule chaîne de télévision à couvrir encore le Hirak.
– Comme à Alger, les grandes villes du pays ont connu une large mobilisation, à Tizi-Ouzou, Béjaïa, Constantine ou encore Bordj Bou-Arréridj et Bouira. A Oran, ils étaient près d’un millier à répondre à l’appel du hirak pour manifester sous l’écrasant soleil d’été. Partie de la place du Premier Novembre jusqu’au siège de la wilaya, en passant par la rue Larbi Ben M’hidi, la foule a appelé à la libération des détenus d’opinion, fustigeant les Karim Younès, FLN, Gaïd Salah, Benflis, Bensalah ou encore Bedoui. Rejetant le vote et le dialogue, ils ont scandé des slogans hostiles aux généraux et exigeant la restitution du pouvoir au peuple.
-A Alger, des manifestants ont observé une minute de silence à la mémoire des cinq victimes décédées dans la bousculade meurtrière à l’entrée d’un concert de la star du rap Soolking. Pour de nombreux manifestants, ce drame est la conséquence d’un système politique «irresponsable» et «corrompu» dont ils entendent se débarrasser
– Les manifestants n’ont pas aussi oublié les dizaines de détenus d’opinion qui croupissent dans les prisons en attente de leurs procès. «Libérez nos enfants !», ont-ils scandé à maintes reprises. Des manifestants ont également porté des pancartes sur lesquelles était inscrit le nom du moudjahid Lakhdar Bouregaâ, détenu à la prison d’El Harrach. D’autres ont mis la photo de ce dernier sur leurs tee-shirts. La libération des détenus reste une question très présente dans le hirak.
