Le président de la République, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a prononcé jeudi soir une grâce présidentielle en faveur d’une trentaine de détenus dont le jugement a été déjà rendu par la justice, en sus d’une soixantaine autres dont le jugement n’a pas été encore prononcé.
Ces personnes ont été interpellées lors des manifestations du Hirak, a précisé le Président Tebboune, dans un discours adressé à la Nation, signalant que cette grâce intervient à la veille du 2ème anniversaire du Hirak populaire, déclenché le 22 février 2019.
Les concernés par cette grâce présidentielle rejoindront leurs domiciles respectifs “dès cette nuit ou demain, vendredi”, a affirmé le Président Tebboune.
Parmi les autres mesures fortes annoncées par le président,” le changement du Gouvernement dans 48 heures”” dit-il précisant que ce changement “touchera les départements dont les titulaires” n’ont pas été à la hauteur de leur missions.
Outre ces principales mesures, le président a également a annoncé , en vertu de la nouvelle constitution, une commission qui va s’occuper de l’installation de l’Observatoire de la société civile , lequel sera suivi de l’installation du Conseil supérieur de la Jeunesse.
