Le ministre de la Communication M. Mohamed Bouslimani a réaffirmé, samedi de Bechar, l’engagement de son département ministériel à promouvoir la communication institutionnelle.
Intervenant à l’issue de la 4ème session de formation sur la communication institutionnelle, abritée par le Centre national de formation, de perfectionnement et de recyclage des personnels des collectivités locales à Bechar, M. Bouslimani a indiqué que le secteur s’est engagé à mettre en place des mesures opérationnelles pour la promotion de la communication institutionnelle.
Le ministre a, à cette occasion, affirmé que des sessions similaires seront organisées prochainement dans les wilayas de Tlemcen et de Ghardaïa.
La session de formation à laquelle ont pris part des représentants de la presse nationale et des responsables des cellules de communication issus des wilayas dans le Sud-ouest du pays (Bechar, Beni-Abbes, Tindouf, Timimoun, Adrar et Bordj Badji Mokhtar) a été animée par des représentants de l’université Tahri Mohamed de Bechar, mais aussi d’universitaires d’autres établissements de l’enseignement supérieur du pays.
Des communications s’articulant autour de plusieurs thèmes ont été au programme de cette session de trois jours (du 16 au 18 février), dont “la communication institutionnelle, éléments constitutifs du plan de la communication institutionnelle”, “la société de communication”, “la communication dans l’espace public et le fait de communiquer”,”le rôle des médias locaux dans la promotion des politiques publiques” et “la communication en temps de crise”.
Le ministre de la Communication, accompagné des autorités de la wilaya, des représentants de la société civile et de la famille révolutionnaire, a pris part auparavant à une cérémonie de recueillement à la mémoire des Chouhada au carré des martyrs de Bechar, à l’occasion de la célébration de la Journée nationale du Chahid.
