Le tribunal criminel de première instance de Dar El Beïda (Alger) a condamné, mercredi par contumace, le chef du mouvement terroriste “MAK” Ferhat M’heni à perpétuité et confirmé le mandat d’arrêt international émis à son encontre pour atteinte à l’intégrité territoriale, atteinte à la sécurité de l’Etat, atteinte à l’unité nationale et à la stabilité des institutions de l’Etat, création et appartenance à une organisation terroriste.
Le tribunal de Dar El Beida a également condamné à la même peine, dans la même affaire, 4 autres accusés. Il s’agit de Farfouh Hanafi, Merzouk Abderrahmane, Kadi Slimane et Lorghioui Jugurtha.
Des peines allant de 2 à 6 ans de prison ferme ont été prononcées contre 4 accusés, tandis qu’un autre accusé a été acquitté.
