Le Général d’Armée, Saïd Chanegriha, Chef d’Etat-major de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP), a effectué mercredi une visite de travail et d’inspection à la 2ème Région militaire à Oran, où il s’est déplacé à l’Ecole supérieure d’administration militaire, indique le ministère de la Défense nationale dans un communiqué.
Après la cérémonie d’accueil, donnée par le Général-major Mohamed Tayeb Brakni, Commandant de la 2ème Région militaire, le Général d’Armée s’est déplacé à l’Ecole supérieure d’administration militaire où il a suivi un exposé présenté par le Commandant de l’Ecole, portant sur “les différents aspects pédagogiques et infrastructurels de ce prestigieux établissement de formation”, précise la même source.
Lors de sa rencontre avec les cadres et les stagiaires de l’Ecole supérieure d’administration militaire, le Général d’Armée a prononcé une allocution d’orientation dans laquelle il a exprimé, de prime abord, “sa joie de tenir cette rencontre avec les cadres et les élèves de cette prestigieuse école, à quelques jours de la cérémonie de sortie de ses promotions”.
“Il me plait, de prime abord, d’exprimer ma joie de rencontrer les cadres et les élèves de l’Ecole supérieure d’administration militaire, à quelques jour de la cérémonie de sortie des promotions de cette prestigieuse Ecole, qui a bénéficié, de la part du Haut Commandement, d’un intérêt particulier à tous les niveaux, notamment par la mise à disposition de l’ensemble des moyens humains et pédagogiques nécessaires, ainsi que les matériels modernes et adéquats, à même de permettre aux élèves et stagiaires de bénéficier d’un enseignement qualitatif, qui répond aux exigences de professionnalisation de l’ANP”, a-t-il indiqué.
Le Général d’Armée a exhorté les stagiaires de l’Ecole, en leur qualité de futurs cadres de l’ANP dans le domaine de l’administration militaire, d’être à “la hauteur des grands défis qui les attendent, notamment dans le contexte géopolitique particulier prévalant à l’échelle mondiale et régionale”.
“A ce titre, je vous exhorte, en ce que vous êtes les futurs cadres de l’ANP appelés à exercer dans le domaine de l’administration militaire, d’être à la hauteur des grands défis qu’il nous appartient de relever dans les années à venir, notamment à l’aune des contextes géopolitiques particuliers prévalant à l’échelle mondiale et régionale”.
“En effet, nous sommes déterminés à surmonter ces défis et à remporter les enjeux, à la faveur du soutien permanent et des orientations judicieuses de Monsieur le Président de la République, Chef suprême des Forces armées, ministre de la Défense nationale, qui dirige notre pays, avec sagesse, clairvoyance, et ambition légitime, vers l’édification de l’Algérie nouvelle, à travers un projet de développement prometteur et une politique étrangère judicieuse, qui prône les solutions pacifiques aux conflits, la sécurité commune et la préservation de la vie humaine, tout en veillant à faire du système international un système plus équilibré, plus juste et plus représentatif”, a-t-il ajouté.
Par la suite, le Général d’Armée a suivi les interventions de l’assistance, avant de donner une série d’orientations et de recommandations portant notamment sur “la nécessité de redoubler d’efforts à même de garantir l’accomplissement au mieux des missions assignées”.
A l’issue de cette visite, le Général d’Armée s’est rendu au Centre de repos familial El-Mordjane, à Bousfer, pour procéder, en présence du Général-major, directeur du Service social du ministère de la Défense nationale, à l’inauguration de nouvelles infrastructures relevant de ce centre où il a reçu des explications exhaustives sur “les différentes nouvelles commodités à même de contribuer à l’amélioration des services sociaux, au profit des personnels militaires et leurs familles”, conclut le communiqué.
