La vague de chaleur continuera d’affecter plusieurs wilayas du pays jusqu’à mercredi, avec des températures pouvant atteindre 48 degrés, indique lundi un bulletin météorologique spécial (BMS) émis par l’Office national de la météorologie (ONM).
Placée en vigilance “Orange”, cette vague de chaleur affectera les wilayas de Tlemcen, Sidi Bel Abbes, Saïda, Mascara, Relizane, Chlef, Aïn Defla, Médéa, Blida, Bouira, Tizi-Ouzou, M’Sila, Mila, Constantine et Guelma avec des températures maximales oscillant entre 44 et 46 degrés et pouvant atteindre localement les 47/48 degrés, alors que les températures minimales prévues seront entre 30 et 34 degrés de lundi à mercredi.
Le bulletin concerne également les wilayas de Aïn Témouchent, Oran, Mostaganem, Tipaza, Alger, Boumerdes, Béjaïa, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba et El-Tarf, où les températures maximales prévues seront entre 40 et 44 degrés et pouvant atteindre localement les 46/48 degrés, tandis que les températures minimales seront entre 28 et 32 degrés durant la validité du BMS, de lundi à mercredi.
