Le Premier ministre, M. Nadir Larbaoui, a présidé, mercredi, une réunion du Gouvernement consacrée à l’examen de textes de loi et à la présentation d’exposés relatifs à plusieurs secteurs, indique un communiqué des services du Premier ministre, dont voici le texte intégral:
“Le Premier ministre, Monsieur Nadir Larbaoui, a présidé, ce mercredi 12 juin 2024, une réunion du Gouvernement consacrée à l’examen d’un projet de décret exécutif fixant les modalités de dédouanement des chaînes et équipements de production ainsi que les équipements et matériels agricoles, qui s’inscrit dans le cadre des mesures décidées par Monsieur le Président de la République pour le soutien et l’accompagnement des investissements et la modernisation de l’activité agricole, notamment en permettant aux opérateurs économiques de tirer profit des opportunités offertes par les marchés internationaux dans ce domaine.
Par ailleurs et dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des décisions prises par Monsieur le Président de la République lors de sa visite à la wilaya de Khenchela, en date du 30 mai 2024, relatives à l’ouverture des inscriptions au programme AADL3 à partir du 5 juillet 2024, le Gouvernement a examiné un projet de décret exécutif modifiant et complétant les conditions et les modalités d’acquisition des logements publics réalisés dans le cadre de la location-vente. Ce projet de texte vise à garantir une gestion optimale du processus du bénéfice de ces logements, depuis ‘enregistrement de la demande via la plateforme électronique jusqu’au transfert de la propriété du logement au bénéficiaire.
Le Gouvernement a également examiné les moyens de renforcement du cadre réglementaire relatif à la couverture médicale des personnes démunies, notamment en ce qui concerne la garantie de l’accès immédiat et régulier aux médicaments, particulièrement pour les personnes atteintes de maladies chroniques.
Aussi, le Gouvernement a poursuivi l’examen des règles réglementaires pour la création de l’Agence Nationale des Equipements Publics et a entendu un exposé sur les mesures prises pour assurer l’approvisionnement en eau potable, ainsi qu’un exposé sur le déroulement de la campagne moisson-battage 2023/2024, lequel a permis de passer en revue les différentes mesures prises pour l’encadrement et l’accompagnement de cette opération à travers la mobilisation de tous les moyens nécessaires par les pouvoirs publics.
Enfin, le Gouvernement a adopté un projet de programme visant à encourager les Start-up à travers la formation, et en s’inspirant des expériences et de modèles réussis dans le monde, et ce, en exécution des instructions de Monsieur le Président de la République visant le développement de l’économie de la connaissance et l’accélération de l’innovation technologique dans notre pays”.
