Un projet de 240 logements sociaux a été lancé en chantier à Tin-Tourha, une zone considérée comme semi-enclavée dans la périphérie d’Illizi, dans le cadre du programme national du logement public locatif de 2024, a-t-on appris mercredi auprès de l’Office de gestion et de promotion immobilières (OPGI).
Le projet, appelé à améliorer le cadre de vie des citoyens de la région, est conçu selon des normes adaptées aux conditions naturelles locales, en logements individuel de type F3 tenant compte de critères d’espace et de confort, a affirmé à l’APS le Directeur général de l’OPGI d’Illizi, Chareffedine Djehal.
Les travaux de réalisation ont été confiés à quatre (4) entreprises, avec un délai maximum de 16 mois, en vue d’accélérer le rythme de réalisation et livrer les logements dans les délais contractuels, a-t-il précisé.
Ce projet figure dans le cadre d’un programme global de 2024 notifié à la wilaya, au titre de la formule du logement public locatif, et comprend un total de 1.300 unités réparties entre les communes d’Illizi (500 unités), In-Amenas (150), Bordj Omar-Idriss (275), et la circonscription administrative de Debdeb (375), a-t-il ajouté.
Ce programme vise à réduire le déficit en logements et à renforcer la stabilité sociale dans la wilaya, notamment dans les zones où est constaté un déficit en habitat destiné aux catégories à faibles ressources, a expliqué le même responsable.
