Le président de la République a déposé une gerbe de fleurs devant la stèle commémorative avant de réciter la Fatiha du Saint Coran à la mémoire des chouhada de la Guerre de libération nationale.

Brahim Boughali, du Premier ministre, M. Nadir Larbaoui, de la présidente par intérim de la Cour constitutionnelle, Mme Leila Aslaoui, du ministre délégué auprès du ministre de la Défense nationale, Chef d’Etat-major de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP), le Général d’Armée Saïd Chanegriha, du directeur de Cabinet à la Présidence de la République, M. Boualem Boualem, de membres du Gouvernement et du Secrétaire général de l’Organisation nationale des Moudjahidine, M. Hamza Laoufi.
