ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : Conférence de l’opposition : Les flou!
Sans surprise, la Conférence du dialogue national d’un segment de l’opposition tenue samedi dernier à Ain El Benian, censée aboutir à un consensus sur une voie de sortie de crise, montre ses premières lézardes. Et pas des moindres.
Les participants qui s’étaient entendus sur un document baptisé «plateforme de Ain Benian» ont été surpris de découvrir un autre document intitulé «communiqué final» distribué aux médias.
Qui a rédigé ce texte ? Et surtout qui l’a adopté ? Mystère et boule de gomme. Mais à sa lecture, il est loisible de deviner son origine et sa signature.
Le communiqué consulté par Algérie1 est en effet exclusivement consacré à un prétendu appel des participants à la tenue de l’élection présidentielle et les mécanismes devant l’encadrer notamment la fameuse instance indépendante de surveillance à propos de laquelle les mystérieux auteurs du document «fantôme» se sont appesantiS sur sa composante et ses missions.
Mieux encore (ou pire c’est selon), le communiqué évoque les «profils» des personnalités devant participer au dialogue auquel a appelé le président de l’Etat, Abdelkader Bensalah, dont le mandat constitutionnel s’achève aujourd’hui lundi à minuit.
De fait, ce «vrai faux» communiqué final a dû être sans l’ombre d’un doute élaboré et distribué par des parties acquises à la feuille de route du pouvoir.
Et pour cause ! Pour ces derniers, la tenue d’une élection présidentielle dans les «plus brefs délais possibles», est la clé pour résoudre la crise.
Un communiqué sorti de l’ombre…
Un avis que les Benflis, Soufiane Djilali et autres Djaballah et Rehabi sont loin de partager, considérant que l’élection présidentielle n’est pas une priorité en l’état actuel des choses et qu’il faille d’abord assurer les conditions politique et juridiques d’un scrutin réellement libre et transparent.
Faute d’avoir pu convaincre les 700 participants d’adopter une résolution priorisant l’organisation de la présidentielle, les instigateurs du communiqué ont tenté une parade en faisant assumer à la conférence un texte qu’elle n’a ni discuté ni adopté.
Cette façon de faire s’apparente à un passage en force qui discrédite ses auteurs voire cette conférence censée aboutir à un consensus autour d’un compromis politique.
Ce détournement médiatique des préconisations politiques de la conférence confirme le dessein de certains participants qui étaient en mission de récupération.
Des responsables des partis de l’opposition ont été choqués de découvrir l’existence de ce communiqué et de sa teneur.
«La conférence n’a adoptée que la plateforme d’Ain Benian et n’a jamais traité de l’élection présidentielle qui n’est pas une priorité pour nous», corrige, surpris, Lakhdar Benkhellaf, le lieutenant d’Abdallah Djaballah à la tête du mouvement ADALA.
Soufiane Djilali, de Jil Jadid a lui aussi soutenu qu’il n’a pas été question de présidentielle et que sa présence à la conférence était dictée par le souci d’expliquer la vision de son parti.
Les absents ont- ils eu raison ?
Dans une vidéo qu’il a postée sur sa page Facebook, Soufiane Djilali ne renie rien de ses convictions et les positions de son parti. Il dit avoir réclamé le départ et de Bedoui et de Bensalah avant la tenue de la présidentielle.
Même le coordinateur de la conférence, Abdelaziz Rehabi, témoigne que l’élection présidentielle n’était pas le sujet.
Profitant de son passage dimanche à la radio chaine III, l’ancien diplomate a balayé d’un revers de la main les élucubrations contenus dans le «communiqué commun» à propos de la présidentielle.
«La date des élections sera décidé quand les algériens seront convaincus de la sincérité du gouvernent à organiser cette élection de façon démocratique et transparente. Encore que cela, ne sera pas suffisant pour sortir définitivement de l’impasse politique actuelle», a expliqué Rehabi.
Qui mieux que le porte-parole de cette réunion pour rétablir les faits et séparer la vérité des faux semblants !
Politiquement, la tentative d’escamoter les résultats de la conférence souligne l’échec cuisant de cette initiative boycottée par les partis der la mouvance démocratiques et les personnalités nationales les plus en vue.
Précisément Abdelaziz Rehabi a révélé que la plateforme d’Ain Benian sera soumise prochainement à l’appréciation des acteurs politiques et la société civile pour enrichissement.
Sauf qu’il n’est sûr qu’elle trouve preneur auprès de ceux qui pointe son format et doutent de son objectif.
