Une cérémonie de distinction des lauréats de la première édition du Prix du Président de la République pour la littérature et langue amazighe a été organisée mardi à Alger en célébration du 25e anniversaire de la création du Haut-commissariat à l’amazighité (HCA).
La première édition de ce prix concerne quatre domaines à savoir, la linguistique, les recherches scientifiques, technologique et numériques, la littérature exprimée en tamazight et traduite ainsi que les recherches sur le patrimoine culturel amazigh immatériel.
Après avoir examiné 106 œuvres, le jury présidé par Youcef Nacib a décidé de remettre des distinctions aux lauréats des trois premières places remportées respectivement par Yacine Meziani, Toufik Djeroud et Booukharroub Rachid, tandis que le premier prix dans la catégorie recherches sur le patrimoine culturel amazigh immatériel n’a pas été attribuée alors que la deuxième place a été décrochée par le chercheur Ali Hedjaz.
Lors de cette cérémonie organisée au Centre international des conférences (CIC), à laquelle ont assisté des membres du gouvernement, le Médiateur de la République, Karim Younes, les conseillers du président de la République et des représentants des différents corps de sécurité, le SG du HCA, Si El Hachemi Assad, a salué les efforts et l’intérêt du Président de la République qui veille personnellement au soutien à la créativité et à la réflexion en matière de littérature et de langue amazighe à travers la création de ce prix encourageant tous ceux qui s’intéressent à la promotion du tamazight ».
Et d’ajouter que cette heureuse occasion coïncidant avec la célébration de Yennayer, intervient après plus de 5 mois de l’appel à contribution au Prix du Président de la République pour la littérature et de la langue amazighe qui a enregistré des dizaines de participants à ce concours », a-t-il souligné, qualifiant ce prix de « valeur ajoutée à la scène intellectuelle, culturelle et nationale ».
Pour M. Assad ce Prix “constitue un acquis important pour une dimension identitaire partagée par tous les Algériens. C’est aussi une démarche qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de la consolidation des constantes nationales avec leurs trois composantes, ce qui permet de manière incontestable de parachever le processus de réhabilitation de la langue amazighe dans notre pays sur fond de réconciliation, de sincérité, de paix et de coexistence harmonieuse entre toutes les catégories de la société.
” L’objectif de cette démarche est de “nouer les liens d’unité sur des bases solides et durables”, a soutenu le secrétaire général du HCA soulignant la nécessité de la mobilisation de tout un chacun pour “mettre en œuvre une feuille de route claire en vue de mettre l’amazighité sur la bonne voie et éloigner nos valeurs nationales des inquiétudes et des surenchères politiciennes” .
Dans le même sens, M. Assad a affirmé que le Prix du Président de la République pour la littérature et la langue amazighe constituait pour le HCA un “défi relevé par excellence et traduit l’intérêt accordé par l’Etat algérien au développement et à la promotion de la langue amazighe dans son cadre national et dans ses différentes diversités linguistiques”.
M.Assad a révélé que le nombre de participants à la première édition du Prix au niveau national avait atteint 220 dont 106 œuvres ont été acceptées car remplissant les conditions et les normes prévues par le règlement intérieur du Prix.
Il a également valorisé les efforts et la contribution des membres du jury, composé de professeurs et chercheurs spécialisés dans le domaine de la langue et de la culture amazighe pendant cinq mois de travail et leur contribution au succès de la première édition du Prix.
A cette occasion, la délégation participante a visité les pavillons d’une exposition d’affiches et de tableaux des différents sites historiques algériens ainsi que des produits du terroir mettant en exergue les différents aspects de la célébration de Yennayer.
