Elle comprend un Conseil présidentiel de trois membres (un pour l’Ouest, l’Est et le Sud) qui sera constitué de Mohammad Younes Menfi, qui le dirigera, Mossa Al-Koni, ancien diplomate, et Abdullah Hussein Al-Lafi. Cette liste a été désignée face à celle de M. Bachagha et d’Aguila Saleh, président du Parlement de l’est de la Libye.
Ces quatre personnes se sont engagées à honorer la feuille de route approuvée en novembre par les 75 représentants du Forum sur le dialogue politique libyen (FDPL).

La communauté internationale a parié sur le fait “que vous seriez capables d’aboutir à une vraie solution décidée par les Libyens. C’est ce que vous avez fait”, a-t-elle dit tout en promettant que celle-ci continuerait à surveiller la situation.
L’option pour la formule des listes a été choisie pour le Conseil présidentiel, en raison de l’échec des 24 candidats à obtenir, mardi, le seuil requis, à savoir 70 % des voix, et ce, conformément aux termes du mécanisme de sélection du Conseil exécutif unifié adopté par les membres du LPDF.
Les 21 candidats au poste de Premier ministre ont été tous auditionnés par les membres du LPDF en ce qui concerne leurs programmes et visions quant à la gestion de la période de transition devant s’étaler jusqu’aux élections de décembre prochain.
