Le procureur de la République près le tribunal de Chéraga a requis mercredi des peines de 10 ans de prison contre Aboud Hicham et de 4 ans contre Meghzi Mouloud et Kharrat Amor, assorties d’une amende de 10 millions da pour chacun pour “atteinte à l’intégrité de l’unité nationale” et “atteinte au moral de l’armée”.
Interrogé par le tribunal, l’accusé Meghzi, expert en technologies de communication et ancien dirigeant de la compagnie SLC appartenant aux fils du Général major à la retraite, Khaled Nezzar, a avoué avoir “téléphoné à Hicham Aboud, actuellement à l’étranger, pour lui fournir des données et des documents” qu’il a jugés “accessibles et non confidentiels” dans l’objectif de les communiquer aux médias, dans le cadre du droit de réponse aux informations diffusées contre son journal électronique”.
De son côté, Kharrat Amor, a rejeté toutes les charges retenues contre lui, déclarant au tribunal que “Sofiane Nezzar a utilisé son téléphone pour envoyer les documents à l’accusé Meghzi”.
Les verdicts de ce procès seront rendus, par le tribunal de Chéraga, le 17 février en cours.
