Le collectif des avocats de la défense se sont retirés et dénoncé le comportement, intimidations et dérapages du juge d’instruction lors de l’audition des prévenus.
La chambre d’accusation près la cour de Bordj Bou Arreridj a rejetté la demande de liberté provisoire des détenus Laalami Chems Eddine dit Brahim et son frère Moussa Laalami qui est mineur ainsi que Mourad Chelika, lundi 21 Septembre 2020, et confirme les mandats de dépôt en date du Mercredi 9 Septembre, après leurs présentation en comparution immédiate.
Le détenu Moussa Laalami a été entendu par le juge d’instruction (audition dans le fond) le 24 Novembre à 9h du matin (à l’intérieur du penetentier de Bordj Bou Arreridj), alors que son frère Yasser Laalami a été auditionné dans le fond devant le juge d’instruction le même jour du 24 Novembre à 15h.
Le parquet avait requis 3 ans de prison ferme assorti d’une amende de 500 000 Da à l’encontre des détenus Mourad Cheliga et Moussa Laalami et son frère Yasser Laalami (sous contrôle judiciaire) lors du procès qui a eu lieu 14 Janvier 2021 après le renvoi du 7 Janvier 2021 au tribunal de Bordj Bou Arreridj.
Le verdict a été rendu public le 21 Janvier 2021, dans le procès de Mourad Cheliga et Moussa Laalami et son frère Yasser Laalami (sous contrôle judiciaire): Condamnation à 8 mois de prison ferme assorti d’une amende.
