A.), a-t-on appris lundi du procureur général près la Cour de justice de Skikda Azzedine Tebib. Le mis en cause est poursuivi, a précisé à l’APS M. Tebib, pour «demande d’indus privilèges», indiquant que le procureur de la République près le tribunal de Skikda avait émis un mandat d’arrêt à son encontre pour «non comparution devant l’instance judiciaire suite aux multiples convocations qui lui avaient été adressées».
Le procureur général a ajouté que les services de sûreté de wilaya de Bordj Bou Arreridj ont interpellé le mis en cause mercredi passé dans un hôtel de cette wilaya et a été immédiatement transféré à la wilaya de Skikda.
A rappeler qu’il avait été mis fin aux fonctions de l’accusé en tant que chef de daïra de Constantine lors du dernier mouvement opéré dans le corps des chefs de daïra.
