Le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) a annoncé, mercredi dans un communiqué, que certains articles du Code des pensions militaires sont en cours de révision afin de permettre à plusieurs catégories d’anciens militaires, l’examen et la régularisation de leurs dossiers déposés au niveau de ses services.
“Le ministère de la Défense nationale annonce que certains articles du Code des pensions militaires sont en cours de révision, afin de permettre à plusieurs catégories d’anciens militaires, l’examen et la régularisation de leurs dossiers déposés au niveau des services du ministère de la Défense nationale”, précise le communiqué.
“Il s’agit en l’occurrence de l’article permettant la prolongation des délais des recours et celui permettant la création de la pension d’invalidité complémentaire, au profit du militaire auquel la commission d’expertise médicale attribue un taux d’invalidité imputable au service”, ajoute la même source.
“Par ailleurs, s’agissant des résultats réalisés jusqu’à présent, en termes d’étude de dossiers introduits auprès du ministère de la Défense nationale pour examen et régularisation, au profit des différentes catégories d’anciens militaires, le nombre de dossiers reçus s’élève à 288.079, et sont répartis comme suit:
– Les dossiers des militaires radiés des rangs pour inaptitude physique non imputable au service, au nombre de 37.181 dossiers, dont 8975 acceptés jusqu’à présent.
– Les dossiers des militaires retraités ne percevant pas une pension d’invalidité, au nombre de 171.059 dossiers, dont 5684 acceptés jusqu’à présent.
– Les dossiers des militaires radiés pour fin de contrat et par mesure disciplinaire, au nombre 80.739 dossiers, dont 1200 acceptés jusqu’à présent.
Ainsi, le nombre de dossiers régularisés depuis janvier 2021 jusqu’à aujourd’hui a atteint 15.859 dossiers, et l’opération est toujours en cours”, indique le communiqué.
“A cet effet, le ministère de la Défense nationale, qui porte une attention particulière à la régularisation des dossiers et au suivi de la situation des militaires de toutes catégories, et conformément aux instructions de Monsieur le Président de la République, chef Suprême des Forces armées, ministre de la Défense nationale, affirme que ses services œuvrent en permanence et avec un rythme accéléré à traiter et statuer sur le maximum de dossiers déposés, dans les meilleurs délais”, conclut la même source.
