Selon l’article premier de cette loi, “est autorisée l’approbation de la convention d’extradition entre le Gouvernement de la République française et la République algérienne démocratique et populaire , signée à Alger le 27 janvier 2019 dont le texte est annexé à la présente loi”
Le texte de cette loi qui porte le numéro 2021-302du 22 mars 2021 sera publiée ultérieurement dans le journal officiel et sera “appliquée comme une loi d’état”, précise t-on.
