Le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed a rendu lundi son verdict en première instance opposant Mohamed Bairi à Abdou Semmar et Mahieddine Tahkout condamnant ces derniers à 5 ans de prison ferme et 500.000 dinars d’amende , le journaliste Abdou Semmar et l’homme d’affaire Mahieddine Tahkout.
Les deux prévenus sont poursuivis pour “provocation” et “propos calomniateurs”, au cours d’une conversations téléphonique, dont des extraits ont fuité sur les réseaux sociaux, contre l’homme d’affaire et propriétaire du groupe IVAL, Mohamed Bairi .
