La fidélité au message des Chouhada, l’amour de la patrie et la volonté de construire et de développer le pays sont autant de valeurs qu’elle véhicule et qui constituent une source d’inspiration pour les générations d’aujourd’hui et celles à venir.
En cette journée mémorable, prélude de la victoire, le peuple algérien y a puisé force et détermination pour affronter l’impact et les effets d’une destruction d’une grande ampleur, une destruction massive violente qui témoigne des crimes odieux du colonialisme et qui ne sauraient tomber dans l’oubli ni s’éteindre par la prescription. Un traitement responsable, intègre et impartial du dossier de la Mémoire et de l’Histoire, dans un climat de franchise et de confiance, est incontournable.
A cet égard, je souligne encore une fois que cette question demeurera au centre de nos préoccupations … Nous poursuivrons sans relâche et sans compromis le parachèvement de nos démarches, en insistant sur le droit de notre pays à récupérer les archives, à connaitre le sort des disparus durant la Glorieuse guerre de libération et à indemniser les victimes des essais nucléaires et autres questions liées à ce dossier…par fidélité au message de nos valeureux Chouhada.

La célébration de cet événement historique ainsi que d’autres fêtes nationales nous rappelle à la mémoire les sacrifices des vaillants héros de la Révolution qui se sont empressés de rejoindre le combat dans les maquis, à travers les broussailles et les Oueds.. Alors que nous vivons aujourd’hui, en cette conjoncture particulière et complexe, à l’instar des pays du monde, des mutations décisives sur les plans régional et international, nous tenons à affirmer que notre aspiration à bâtir une Algérie prospère nous impose de réhabiliter la valeur de l’effort et du travail, de veiller au renforcement de notre sécurité nationale dans toutes ses dimensions face à tout imprévu ou urgence, de veiller à l’unité de nos rangs, de conjuguer nos efforts et de renforcer le sens du devoir national, et d’assumer pleinement nos responsabilités, dans les différents secteurs et à tous les niveaux, envers notre nation et notre patrie.
Enfin, nous nous inclinons, à l’occasion de la Fête de la Victoire, devant la mémoire des nos vaillants Chouhada, et réaffirmons notre engagement à rester fidèles à leurs sacrifices, tout en rendant hommage à leurs compagnons Moudjahidine à qui nous souhaitons une longue vie.
