Le ministère russe des Situations d’urgence affirme que plus de 170 secouristes interviennent à Belgorod, où deux hélicoptères ukrainiens auraient réalisé une frappe aérienne sur un dépôt de pétrole. Le ministère a publié une vidéo montrant des pompiers en combinaison thermique argentée éteindre de grandes cuves en flammes. Il indique avoir été prévenu de l’incendie à 5H51 (2H51 TU) et confirmé le bilan de deux blessés.
