Une commission multisectorielle a été installée, samedi, pour prendre en charge les victimes de l’explosion survenue jeudi dernier dans une habitation de la cité 5 juillet de la ville de Bordj Bou Arreridj, et qui a fait 10 décès et 16 blessés, a-t-on fait savoir à la wilaya.
Dans une déclaration à la presse, le wali Mohamed Benmalek a indiqué que cette commission, mise en place en application des instructions du ministre de l’Intérieur, des Collectivités locales et de l’Aménagement du territoire, Kamel Beldjoud, implique les secteurs de l’énergie, des ressources en eau, de l’urbanisme, de la Poste et des télécommunications et l’Office national de l’assainissement.
Elle sera chargée de la vérification globale de tous les réseaux au niveau de la cité du 5 juillet, a-t-il dit.
La même commission a été renforcée par une autre à caractère technique spécialisée dans le suivi des fuites de gaz, composée d’experts du ministère de l’Energie et des mines venus d’Alger pour accompagner l’opération de contrôle de tous les réseaux de la cité, a ajouté le wali.
Le même responsable a également souligné qu’une cellule de contrôle technique a été formée et sera chargée de recenser les logements endommagés et d’évaluer le type de dégâts afin de les prendre en charge les personnes touchées par l’incident, au cas par cas.
Une cellule de prise en charge psychologique des personnes sinistrées, notamment les enfants, supervisée par la Direction locale de l’action sociale et de la solidarité et celle la santé par le biais de leurs équipes spécialisées, a également été installée, a-t-il encore fait savoir.
Par ailleurs, Mohamed Benmalek a attribué aux rescapés de l’explosion, le père et son fils, un logement et s’est engagé à reconstruire l’habitation qui a été soufflée par l’explosion.
Pour rappel, le ministre de l’Intérieur, des Collectivités locales et de l’Aménagement du territoire, Kamel Beldjoud, s’était rendu, hier vendredi, en compagnie du ministre de la Santé, Abderrahmane Benbouzid, et de la ministre de la Solidarité nationale, de la Famille et de la Condition de la femme, Kaouther Krikou, sur les lieux pour s’enquérir de l’ampleur des dégâts causés par ce tragique accident, présenter les condoléances au nom du président de la République, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, et assister à l’enterrement des dix victimes au cimetière de Sidi Betka.
M. Beldjoud avait annoncé la mise en place d’une commission d’enquête spécialisée pour déterminer les causes et les circonstances de ce drame qui a affecté la famille Hammouche.
